Each session combines innovative neurofeedback training and classic counseling techniques.
Every session is customized to the client’s goals and conducted in a private setting.
Neurofeedback is an effective teaching tool that helps improve our brain’s responses to life’s challenges.
Training programs are customized for each client, and symptom resolution is a primary goal of training.
Often clients choose neurofeedback after the firstline pharmaceuticals approach has proven ineffective or intolerable.
Neurofeedback along with traditional talk therapy is a great option for clients who prefer natural alternatives.
Neurofeedback helps the brain learn better responses to stress.
Through the combination of brain training and counseling, clients learn new ways to resist habitual patterns of high anxiety and panic.
